Day-of Wedding Coordinating

From the wedding rehearsal to clean up after the reception, I will be there to attend, oversee and direct the event. I will handle day of communications with your hired vendors, along with making sure everything runs smoothly to ensure you can enjoy your big day without stressing over the small things.

We recommend booking 30-60 days prior to wedding date.

Package includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your overall vision 
  • Vendor contract review
  • Ceremony and reception site walk through
  • Detailed day-of timeline development
  • Oversee ceremony and reception decor set-up, including: programs, unity candle, table #'s, place cards, toasting flutes, etc.
  • Point of contact for vendors
  • Distribute final payments to contracted vendors
  • Printed bridal schedule distributed at rehearsal
  • 10-hours of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination
